Guitar Meeting

From 15 to 17 September 2023, the ASTRA Museum will host Guitar Meeting, a festival-type project dedicated to guitar music enthusiasts. The essence and concept of the project is to promote the values of folk-rock culture among the younger generation, starting from guitar music and the guitar as a symbol of this culture. The central event will be a collective concert by hundreds of young guitarists accompanied on stage - vocally - by national folk-rock personalities.
The Guitar Meeting will feature folk-rock art programs and concerts by hundreds of young artists from all over the country, as well as locally and nationally recognized bands, according to the following program:

Admission to the festival(starting at 6 pm) is by museum ticket or season ticket as follows:
- Single day ticket (adults, pensioners, pupil/student)
- Special pass for the whole festival (3 entries - 90 lei)
- Special season ticket for those who already have an annual pass to the ASTRA Museum - 60 lei
Every evening of Sibiu Guitar Meeting, after 18:00 access will be based on the ticket for the event, valid for all categories of public.
Access to the Sibiu Guitar Meeting will only be through the main gate of the ASTRA Museum, gate I, based on tickets purchased at the museum box office in the Multicultural Museum Pavilion.
