Folk Creators' Fair/St. Mary's Fair, 40th edition

From 11 to 15 August 2023, the Folk Creators Fair will take place in the Open Air Museum, where traditional craftsmen and rock music lovers will be present again in the same setting. More than 200 folk craftsmen from all over Romania are coming, with all their products made in archaic style, with specific tools and materials from their area of origin. The Folk Creators Fair has been organised in the ASTRA museum since 1983. The 40th edition confirms that the ASTRA Museum has assumed and confirmed its role as a linker, a curator of the workshop and the craft product. This continuity also generates a direct communication between the craftsman and the new public.

Visiting hours at the Folk Creators Fair are from 11 to 13 August, 8am to 8pm.
