From 7 to 9 July 2023, the 6th edition of Winefest will take place in the Open-Air museum in Dumbrava Sibiului, the only event in Sibiu that highlights traditional wine from Romania and beyond. Fifteen wineries and wine producers (50 flavours) and nine food trucks will participate in Winefest, preparing traditional Romanian, Italian, Greek, German, Spanish and Serbian food. Also in the same setting there will be interactive workshops for children, branded Serious Fun (fun, thinking, logic and skill games, archery, treasure hunt) and concerts & DJ Session for all museum visitors. Top wineries are coming or returning (and) this year to Winefest in the ASTRA Museum! They are Chateau Vartely, Domeniile Franco Române, Villa Vinea, Domeniul Apoldium, Jidvei, La Salina, Lechburg, Via Viticola, Caii de la Letea, Hamangia, Gramofon, Cricova, Domeniul Apoldia Maior, Gorgandin, Domeniile Averești and Wine Not. Access to Winefest 2023 is based on the ASTRA Museum entrance ticket.
The ASTRA Museum appeals to the understanding of loyal visitors (subscribers), but also to those eager to (re)know the cultural product promoted this weekend and beyond. So we (re)inform the public and visitors that the normal visiting hours remain the same as those established for this period, between 8-20, and access to the Open-Air museum during this period will be by both tickets and annual subscriptions. After 20:00, but during the period 7-9 July, when important activities will take place during VWnefest 2023, access to the ASTRA Museum will be subject to a charge. The price of a ticket is 35 lei/person/day, but those interested can purchase a 90 lei/3 day pass, valid for the period 20:00-24:00. Also, ASTRA Museum annual pass holders can purchase a 3-day pass to Winefest, worth 60 lei.
Price of a one-day ticket: 35 lei / person; Price of a three-day ticket: 90 lei / person; Price of a day ticket - subscribers: 60 lei / person.
